	The concept of managing and owning a business had little or no attention in the local community. 
	In 1995, Intilaaqah was the first program to introduce this concept and create awareness in the 
	local community. 12 years after the program started, more than 1,000 start-up businesses have 
	been created in the local community. 
	<P>
	Entrepreneurship, is no longer an ambiguous term in the local community. More and more nationals 
	select this path as a career choice. The number of initiatives caterd towards helping entrepernuers 
	has also increased. It is because of this and other reasons, Intilaaqah focuses more on building 
	the administrative and business skills of nationals to create more start-up business that in return 
	will create more jobs. 	</TD>
