Welcome to Shell Intilaaqah Oman

Intilaaqah is one of Shell Social Investment initiatives in the Sultanate of Oman that has been modeled on Shell funded initiative called “Shell LiveWIRE” running in 26 countries worldwide.

Intilaaqah aims to stimulate and encourage Omani youth to consider the option of setting up their own businesses, and to provide assistance to those who aspire to seek this opportunity, by providing them with training and counselling.

The program was launched in 1995 during the celebration of the Sultanate's 25th National Day and operated in 1996.

It is supported by prominent organizations from both the public and private sectors including SANAD Program, Knowledge Oasis Muscat, Sultan Qaboos University, Bank Muscat, Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Oman International Bank, Oman Air and Sohar Aluminum.
