This one-day workshop is designed specifically to those who are keen to start a business, but don’t have a business idea yet! The workshop is designed as a series of exercises and activities to stimulate the mind of the participants and lead them to think creatively.

Become Successful Owner Manager (BSOM)

BSOM’s aims at developing the entrepreneur’s basic skills to help them run and manage their own businesses. It concentrates on enhancing the individuals’ entrepreneurial skills and raise awareness on the essence of business management. It covers wide area of business management, marketing, sales & customer service, bookkeeping and strategic planning.

Business Planning and Ownership Course (BPO)

For start-ups, this three-month course is what they need to succeed! The course is built on an NVQ model and it concentrate on developing the participants skills to develop their business plan. It covers business areas including how to set up a business, how to manage the day-to-day operations, marketing, balancing accounts and customer service.

Business Development Services

Aside from the training courses and workshops, Intilaaqah provides professional business development services to guide entrepreneurs in the early stages. Indeed, the first years of any business are the most critical as research shows the majority of business fail within the first three years if they don’t get proper mentoring or counseling.

Who can benefit from these Services? 

• Omani Nationals (male or female)
• Should be at least 18 years or older
• Should have earned a Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent degree
• Unemployed in any public or private sector organization specifically for those who want to join the Business Planning & Ownership three-months course
• The candidate should be keen on starting or enhancing his/her business
